• Our room block CLOSES on Thursday, Jan 23rd, so if you have not yet secured your rooms at our special convention rate, this is your last chance to do so! The block already had to be extended once, so once these rooms are gone, they're gone for good.

• Due to 2 cancelations, a VERY limited number of vendor booths have become available. If you would like to get your last minute applications in, please submit them here. Our vendor coordinator will reach out to you with more details on what's available.
