Having trouble navigating our schedule?
CONpossible uses AirTable to provide real time updates to our schedule, so if there is a change or cancelation we can let you know ASAP! You can view our schedule as a list, or in a calendar view. You will have to choose your ideal view. AirTable will default to a list view for mobile devices, so to select the calendar view simply click on "Views" all the way to the left of the screen. We recommend clicking the "3-day" or "Day" view so you can best see all our delightful programming.
You can switch between our Programming, Maps, Presenters, and Vendors by using the tabs at the top of the screen. Want to see everything Costuming related at one time? Click on "Departments" and find Costuming to see our full list of costuming panels for the whole weekend. Or perhaps you want to see where our Guests of Honors will be? Open "Presenters" and click on the person you want to see; an expanded record of all their panels will pop up. Clicking on any panel in AirTable will open more details for your viewing pleasure.
You may view our virtual app from your browser — no muss, no fuss, nothing new to download — by clicking on this link or scanning the QR code below. If changes happen to the schedule, AirTable will keep you "in the know while you're on the go" at CONpossible 2025. If you have any trouble using the app, drop us a note in our Discord server and we will do our best to troubleshoot for you at the con.
